SEGMENT 2 ALTERNATIVES PUBLIC MEETING
The Segment 2 Alternatives Public Meeting was held May 13, 2010 at the Woodlawn United Methodist Church (located at 219 North Alf Coleman Road) in Panama City Beach. The meeting began at 5:30 PM with an open-house format, followed by a presentation on the project at 6 PM. After the presentation the open-house continued until the end of the meeting.
This Public Meeting was held to present and receive feedback on alignments for Segment 2 and provide an update on the progress of the study. To view the handouts from this meeting click here.
WEST BAY PARKWAY ALTERNATIVE CORRIDORS PUBLIC MEETINGS
The Segment 1 Alternative Corridors Public Meeting for Bay County was held on November 3, 2009 at the Woodlawn United Methodist Church (located at 219 North Alf Coleman Road) in Panama City Beach. The meeting began at 5:30 PM with an open-house format, followed by a presentation of the project at 6 PM. After the presentation the open-house resumed until the end of the meeting.
The Segment 1 Alternative Corridor Public Meeting for Walton County was held on November 5, 2009 at Christian International Ministries (located at 5200 US Highway 98 East) in Santa Rosa Beach. The meeting began at 5:30 PM with an open-house format, followed by a presentation of the project at 6 PM. After the presentation the open-house resumed until the end of the meeting.

PUBLIC KICK-OFF/SCOPING MEETINGS FOR THE WEST BAY PARKWAY
The Walton County Public Kick-Off Meeting was held on January 20, 2009 at the Rosemary Beach Town Hall (located at 48 South Barrett Square) in Rosemary Beach. The meeting began at 5:30 PM with an open-house format, followed by a presentation on the project at 6 PM. After the presentation, the open-house resumed until the end of the meeting.
The Bay County Public Kick-Off Meeting was held on January 22, 2009 at the Panama City Beach City Hall (located at 110 South Arnold Road) in Panama City Beach. The meeting began at 5:30 PM with an open-house format, followed by a presentation on the project at 6 PM. After the presentation, the open-house resumed until the end of the meeting.
These Public Meetings were held in order to introduce the public to the project and to receive input on the project’s purpose and need. To view the handout from these meetings click here.
The project received Notice to Proceed in November 2008.
